Das Ergebnis der Great Place to Work\u00ae Befragung von Februar 2026 ist eindeutig: PHOTONIC z\u00e4hlt zur obersten Liga der besten Arbeitgeber \u00d6sterreichs mit Spitzenwerten bei Identifikation und Sinnstiftung, Teamgeist und Innovationskraft. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Wenn 97 % der Belegschaft in einer anonymen Befragung best\u00e4tigen: \u201eAlles in allem ist dies hier ein sehr guter Arbeitsplatz\u201c<\/em>, dann ist das kein Marketing-Ergebnis, sondern ein Beweis f\u00fcr echte Unternehmenskultur. Dass diese Qualit\u00e4t auch im internationalen Vergleich standh\u00e4lt, best\u00e4tigt die Auszeichnung durch das Institut Great Place to Work\u00ae. Besonders beeindruckend ist dabei der direkte Vergleich mit anderen Unternehmen: In vielen entscheidenden Kategorien liegt PHOTONIC deutlich \u00fcber dem Benchmark der sogenannten \u201eBest Workplaces Austria\u201c.<\/p>\n
