A culture of trust, appreciation and open dialogue – all this makes PHOTONIC a popular employer. The latest Great Place to Work\u00ae employee survey shows that this is not just a subjective feeling: All 30 \u2018PHOTONICers\u2019 rated the company – and the results speak for themselves. 100% of the employees confirm that they have a very good workplace.<\/p>\n

\"\"The survey particularly emphasises the positive error culture, the open and clear communication, the atmosphere of trust and the mutual support – aspects that are essential for a strong corporate culture.
