Gegenseitiges Vertrauen, Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit, Respekt, Fairness sowie Stolz und Teamgeist. In all diesen Punkten erreichte die PHOTONIC heuer im Rahmen einer anonymen Mitarbeiter:innenbefragung besonders hohe Zustimmungswerte und sicherte sich so erstmals die Auszeichnung \u201eBest Workplaces\u2122 Austria\u201c. Bei der gestrigen \u201eFor All Stars Night\u201c in der ARIANA Eventlocation, Seestadt Wien sicherte sich der Spezialist f\u00fcr optische Technologien und Beleuchtungstechnik in der Kategorie X Small (20 \u2013 49 Mitarbeitende) den dritten Platz.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 % (!) Zustimmung gab es seitens der PHOTONIC-Mitarbeiter:innen etwa zu den Aussagen \u201eIch bin stolz, anderen erz\u00e4hlen zu k\u00f6nnen, dass ich hier arbeite\u201c sowie \u201eIm Freundeskreis und in der Familie w\u00fcrde ich meine Organisation als sehr guten Arbeitgeber empfehlen.\u201c<\/li>\n<li>93 % gaben an, dass die Arbeit f\u00fcr sie mehr als ein \u201eJob\u201c w\u00e4re und eine besondere Bedeutung sowie Sinn habe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr PHOTONIC-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Stefan Zotter ist dieses Feedback seines Teams ein besonderer Vertrauensbeweis und eine Best\u00e4tigung daf\u00fcr, dass man im Unternehmen die W\u00fcnsche und Bed\u00fcrfnisse jedes einzelnen ernst nimmt und viel daf\u00fcr tut, diese zu erf\u00fcllen. Bei der gestrigen Pr\u00e4mierung, an der er gemeinsam mit Vertriebsleiterin Annette Stampfer, Entwicklungsleiter Gerold Aschinger und Qualit\u00e4tsmanager Wolfgang Hanser teilnahm, bedankte er sich herzlich: \u201eEs freut mich, dass unsere Mitarbeiter:innen ihre Arbeit als\u00a0 sinnstiftend bezeichnen und stolz auf ihr Unternehmen sind. Allein die Tatsache, dass alle an der Befragung teilgenommen haben, zeigt, wie sehr sich jeder einzelne mit dem Unternehmen verbunden f\u00fchlt.\u201c Dieser au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Teamspirit basiert auf viel Freiraum f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter:innen und ihre Ideen: \u201eWas wir daf\u00fcr zur\u00fcckbekommen, ist ein ungeheurer Zusammenhalt sowie voller Fokus und Einsatzbereitschaft f\u00fcr unsere Kunden und ihre Projekte\u201c, so Zotter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So wurden die Best Workplaces\u2122 Austria 2024 ermittelt<\/strong><br \/>\nIn \u00d6sterreich basiert die Liste \u201eBest Workplaces\u2122\u201c auf rund 1,9 Millionen Antworten aus Mitarbeiter:innenbefragungen in Unternehmen, die mehr als 42.000 Mitarbeitende repr\u00e4sentieren. Die Befragung erm\u00f6glicht Mitarbeitenden, vertrauliches quantitatives und qualitatives Feedback \u00fcber die Arbeitsplatzkultur ihrer Organisation zu geben, indem sie 60 Aussagen mit einer 5-stufigen-Skala und zwei offenen Fragen beantworten. In Summe erh\u00e4lt man so einen tiefen Einblick, wie und warum ein Unternehmen gro\u00dfartige Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schafft. Unterschiedliche Unternehmensgr\u00f6\u00dfen werden in den Auswertungen ber\u00fccksichtigt, um einen fairen Vergleich aller teilnehmenden Betriebe zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Fotocredits: C.
