Wer Pr\u00e4zisionsarbeiten unter dem Mikroskop durchf\u00fchrt, muss sich voll auf diese Aufgabe konzentrieren. Bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Ringlichtern ist das oft schwierig, weil man zum Finden der separaten Steuerungseinheit die Augen vom Mikroskop nehmen und den Blick weg vom Objekt richten muss. Der Beleuchtungsspezialist Photonic hat deshalb ein LED-High-Power-Ringlicht (HPRL) mit integrierter Steuerung f\u00fcr den Industrie- und Life-Science Bereich entwickelt. \u201eBei unserem LED-High-Power-Ringlicht ist durch die Position der Druck-\/ Drehregler ein einfaches Umgreifen von der Fokus-\/Zoomsteuerung des Mikroskops zum Ringlicht m\u00f6glich\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Mark Gorecki-Schwarz, der in der Elektronikentwicklung der Photonic t\u00e4tig ist. \u201eDurch die direkte Bedienung an der Lichtquelle k\u00f6nnen die Helligkeit sowie die Beleuchtungsrichtung intuitiv angepasst werden. Ver\u00e4ndert man w\u00e4hrend der Arbeit eine Einstellung, kann mithilfe eines einfachen Knopfdrucks eine zuvor eingespeicherte Konfiguration sofort wieder abgerufen werden\u201c, so Gorecki-Schwarz. Zus\u00e4tzlich sorgt neueste LED-Technologie kombiniert mit einer Mehrzweckoptik f\u00fcr un\u00fcbertroffene Helligkeit und eine homogene Ausleuchtung.<\/p>\n

IDEAL F\u00dcR DIE AUTOMATISIERTE QUALIT\u00c4TSKONTROLLE<\/strong>
\nIn der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle hat sich das LED-High-Power-Ringlicht von Photonic bereits etabliert. \u201eDurch den USB-Anschluss kann unser System problemlos in einen Industrie 4.0-Arbeitsplatz integriert werden. Speziell in der automatisierten Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle erm\u00f6glicht diese Remote-Variante ein rasches Durchwechseln verschiedener vordefinierter Beleuchtungsszenarien, um unterschiedliche Eigenschaften des Pr\u00fcflings hervorzuheben\u201c, betont Photonic Vertriebsleiterin Annette Stampfer.<\/p>\n

Das HPRL mit USB-Anschluss ist das j\u00fcngste Mitglied der Photonic LED-Produktlinie zur direkten Objektbeleuchtung in der Stereomikroskopie. Erg\u00e4nzt wird es von weiteren Ringlichtern f\u00fcr die Mikroskopie.
